REFUND, DELIVERY, AND PICK-UP POLICY We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, however, any error arises, we have addressed them in the following categories: REFUND:We operate a NO REFUND POLICY. The only grounds for refund/exchange is if the fault is from us. Should you notice any issue with your order kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. DELIVERY PROCEDURES: Delivery within Lagos takes 1 - 2 working days after payment confirmation. We do not offer timed or express delivery options. If you need your item urgently, you can either send your rider to pick up from our store or pay an express fee for your items to be delivered immediately. Please note that you will be responsible for making this payment directly to the rider. Delivery outside Lagos takes 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. We use only GIG logistics for inter-state shipping, and you have the options of picking up from their office nearest to you or have your items delivered to your doorstep. Please note that we do not that we do not do Motorpark delivery. PICK-UP PROCEDURES: For customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person, you can walk into our store and pick up your items or send someone on your behalf. You are expected to pick up your items within a week after which you will be required to pay a storage fee. Please note that we will have to verify whoever you are sending to pick up. Also that if you placed an order on our Mainland store, you have to pick up from there and vice versa. You cannot order on the Mainland store and pick up from our physical Island store.
